We absolutely loved our stay at this place! The location was perfect for us as we wanted to explore the Pest area and there were plenty of tourist sights located nearby. Despite the central location, this hotel was on a quiet side street, which made for a peaceful night’s sleep. The staff were amazing and provided top-notch service from check-in to check-out, accommodating all our needs and more. They were really friendly and gave great service, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The extras, like the welcome drink and the room amenities, were a lovely touch and made us feel like VIPs.

Great location with plenty of nearby dining options. Rooms were well-maintained and received a thoughtful welcome gift. Staff were friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast had a wide selection and the addition of complimentary tea, coffee, and water was a nice touch.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome. The location was perfect, as it was close to many attractions and not far from Parliament or St Stephen's Basilica. The hotel facilities were fabulous, and we especially loved the Jacuzzi and steam room. The breakfast service downstairs was amazing, with a wide variety of choices.

The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the hotel offered free tea, coffee, and snacks throughout the day, adding a nice touch to our stay.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, nestled on a quiet side street but still close to the central district for sightseeing and shopping. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel at home. They even helped me arrange a taxi from the airport, which was a great start to my trip. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed including a mini-bar and air conditioning. The hotel provided excellent room service, and the breakfast buffet had a great selection of delicious options. the service and quality of this hotel exceeded my expectations.

The towels provided in the hotel were rough and did not absorb water well.

We had an amazing time during our New Year stay in Budapest. The hotel staff were cheerful and always ready to help. The location was fantastic, with key attractions and restaurants within easy walking distance. We also loved the breakfast selection and the fact that there was a free coffee and tea corner.

The only downside was a misunderstanding with the taxi driver who picked us up from the airport, but that was not the hotel's fault. we had a great experience, but the bathroom design could have been better.

The shower room was particularly excellent. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of options including fresh vegetables, fruits, cheeses, cold cuts, eggs. The staff were friendly, efficient, and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. From the moment we booked, we felt well taken care of, with emails from the hotel staff asking about any special requests. They even arranged a shuttle for us from the airport. we had a wonderful experience at Parlament and would definitely stay there again.
